Ailsa’s expertise lies in delivering practical, results-driven programs. She developed and delivered the Digital Enterprise Program for Greater Shepparton, meeting all KPIs on time and within budget. She served as a Rural Entrepreneur Developer with Marcus Oldham College, identifying emerging talent and delivering entrepreneurial training. Her contributions to Business Victoria include designing workshops and resources on marketing, advanced marketing, and digital transformation.
Dedicated to regional and community engagement, Ailsa has worked as Marketing Director for the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz and facilitated marketing workshops for Rural Business Connections and the Shire of Corangamite. Her CALD experience includes collaborating on business literacy and entrepreneurial training for African-Australian businesses and delivering programs for organizations like Victoria University and the Brotherhood of St Laurence.
Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Melbourne Business School, and a Diploma of Workplace Training and Assessment Systems. She is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Certified Practising Marketer, and a three-time published author.
