Catriona Noble is a transformational senior leader and executive who has led significant growth and significant restructures at some of Australia's most prominent organisations for two decades.

Her ability to challenge traditional thinking and innovate core processes has delivered significant business performance and cultural improvements across the banking sector and FMCG.

Catriona currently holds several Non-Executive and Advisory positions.
She is a Non-Executive Director for REST (Retail Employees Superannuation Fund), a leading profit to member fund with the best interests of members at their core. REST has $50Billion in Funds under Management and1.5million members. They work to deliver long term investment returns, low fees and flexible, affordable insurance.
She is also a Non-Executive Director for SouthCloud, a telecommunications start-up primarily targeting business in rural, difficult to service locations, and the Sydney Festival, a celebration of art, performance and big ideas, transforming Sydney every January.
Catriona is an Advisory Board Member for Guroo Producer, an EdTech company that helps organisations and people reach their full potential through performance-based learning.
In March 2020, Catriona joined the University of Technology Sydney as an Adjunct Professor.
She is a member and mentors with the Business Council of Australia and a member of the Australian Social Inclusion Board, where she is the Deputy Chair of the National Place-Based Advisory Group.
Previous Experience:
ANZ: In 2015, Catriona Noble joined ANZ as Managing Director Retail Distribution. She is responsible for their key retail distribution channels, including the Australian branch network, mobile lending, brokers, customer contact centre, and ATMs.
In this role, Catriona leads a team of more than 6,000 people dedicated to bringing the best customer experience to our five million customers.
McDonald's: Before joining ANZ, Catriona worked for the McDonald's Corporation as Chief Restaurant Officer, Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa. In this role, she was responsible for more than 10,000 restaurants and 200,000 people.
Previously, Catriona was CEO and Managing Director for McDonald's Australia.
Throughout a 20-year career with McDonald's, Catriona earned a reputation as an innovator to drive fundamental cultural change to achieve business success. During the four years Catriona spent as CEO, she played an integral role in transforming the McDonald's brand in Australia from a pure fast food outlet to one that offers healthier options, attracting a broader customer base in the process.
Education: Catriona completed the Business and Economics AMP (Advanced Management Programme) from INSEAD business school.
