Prior to working with LeaderShape Consulting Glenn was the SVP & Global Head of Learning & Performance for TeleTech Consulting (previously rogenSi) and led business units based in London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Sydney & New York. Glenn was responsible for accelerating growth and driving new business for TeleTech's integrated suite of customer & employee experience services.
