Teamwork and excitement.

Profile

Wow your team with an interactive performance using Drums, musical tubes and percussion instruments. Your group will feel entirely exhilarated after creating a musical masterpiece under the guidance of our Professional Drummer, who doesn't speak throughout the entire tuition!

When it comes to sheer impact there are few groups to rival Human Rhythms - they combine surprise, fun, emotion and an instant sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

Their performance commences with a strident musical introduction from the Human Rhythms team. Enthusiasm engulfs a surprised audience, who are introduced to drums, their means of expression for the duration of the experience.

Rhythmic contributions start rolling in from the delegates until everyone in the room is drawn into the cacophony of sounds. At this point, the Human Rhythms facilitators guide everyone through a series of simple beats and exercises turning 200 individuals into one orchestrated group. Groups are formed, tempo and volume are changed all under the expert direction of the Human Rhythms team.

The delegates become performers rather than spectators and they learn the importance of a team and its reliance on the individual.

At the conclusion of what is called the drum circle, delegates leave the room smiling and joking with one another, feeling elated, uplifted and ready for success.

It's a remarkable experience with remarkable effects on team spirit!

Feedback
This is a session that had everyone involved within minutes of sitting down... and left them energized and connected throughout the conference. A winner all round. Hume Region Business Managers' Association

A staggering 95% of 350 people evaluated Human Rhythms as Very Good or Excellent. This was based on people rating their benefit from the session and whether it was presented effectively. Human Rhythms was an excellent idea; certainly raised the energy levels and created that sense of solidarity.

Australian Centre for Languages

It was such an amazing sight to walk into the conference room and see 260 drums placed around the room, three drummers encouraging us to find a space and follow their beat. Soon the entire Management Team of Big W was rhythmically and harmoniously creating awesome music together. This synergistic activity was the significant event with which to officially close the conference. The experience that we all went through with the drumming was very real and experiential and as a result even a month after the conference, people are still making reference to the experience and how awesome a learning experience it was.

BIG W

We used your services to achieve a supporting objective of providing a short opportunity for the workshop participants (VODAFONE) to engage in a collective and fun activity that was different but engaging. This objective was achieved with great success. Creating music - even for those who immediately declared they were musically challenged - created an extraordinary level of energy and communication. Everyone quickly realised that in unfamiliar situations they could work with their new peers and achieve results they never expected.

Vodafone

It's hard to imagine that two people can guide three hundred people through a series of simple beats without any verbal communication. The synergy in the room was unbelievable. The feedback from our managers: 'When can we do it again?' Thanks again for assisting us in demonstrating the power of synergy.
