Dr Kirsten Brown is a highly respected thought leader and expert in building health and resilience in organisations for a more productive workforce. Her experience is underpinned by degrees in design, real estate, commerce and a PhD in how the workplace impacts employee health.
Kirsten’s doctoral research highlights the need for a multidisciplinary holistic approach incorporating policy-based and physical elements to workplace design that will advance current practice by placing worker health and well-being at the centre of decision-making.
