Martin Newman is a consumer champion, keynote speaker, educator, and author with over four decades of experience transforming customer-centric strategies for global retail brands. Martin has worked with prestigious brands such as Burberry, Ted Baker, Harrods, and Intersport, where he led the transformation of multichannel operations and customer experience strategies. In addition to his leadership roles, Martin founded the global e-commerce consultancy Practicology, which he grew into a 100-person operation across multiple continents before successfully selling it in 2018.
