As the founder of The Customer First Group, he continues to help businesses implement customer-first strategies to achieve sustained success.
In addition to his leadership roles, Martin founded the global e-commerce consultancy Practicology, which he grew into a 100-person operation across multiple continents before successfully selling it in 2018.
