Matt has summited Mt Kilimanjaro, trekked to Mt Everest Base Camp, completed an Ironman Triathlon, completed a 10-day silent meditation retreat, scuba dived with sharks, sat with Plant Medicine, and led and participated in over 25+ transformational retreats around the world. Matt has spoken to over 10,000 people across keynotes, live radio and podcasts, and even had the joy of meeting Prince Harry & Meghan Markle during their last trip to Australia.
As a Psychologist, Matt has conducted research on workplace burnout, engagement, adaptive leadership and gender stereotypes. Combined with his research, regular practice as a Leadership Coach and Psychologist, a short stint at PwC in change management and 5 years as a senior leader with mental health organisation, The Man Cave, Matt has a rich understanding of the modern workplace and how to support people to bring out their best.
After navigating his own challenging period of burnout, panic attacks and anxiety, Matt knows all too well what can happen when we don’t create healthy environments at work, or manage ourselves effectively.
