Revitalise your life.

Profile

Michael is Australia's pre-eminent practising osteopath, an experienced educator, public speaker and leader in his field.

Current work

He is President of the World Osteopathic Health Organisation (WOHO) and past President of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

As well as running a busy practice in Sydney's Balgowlah, Michael speaks and lectures both nationally and internationally and encourages people to take responsibility for their condition by developing awareness of how we use our bodies at work and play, and how choices of activity and attitude effect vitality. Clients include: Sensis, National Australia Bank, C.S.I.R.O, Cranium Hair and Australian National Maritime Museum.

Previous experience

After 10 years in practice and managing a health centre, Michael founded Vital Lifestyle, a consultancy firm, allowing him to share his passion for preventative health and a vital lifestyle with his corporate clients.

Television: Michael has been featured on Today Tonight, Second Opinion, The Today Show & Bright Ideas T.V. programs and in Good Weekend, New Woman, Sydney morning Herald plus many other print media.

Sailing and adventure are Michael's other passions. A yacht on Sydney Harbour, a windsurfing safari down India's west coast, the summit of Borneo's Mount Kinabalu, or the beach with family are the sort of places he likes to relax.

Work is a part of lifestyle, not just a means to an end. We all know a great deal about what we individually need to do, in order to be healthy and vital. We get distracted. Michael is here to remind us!
