Future Platform provide organisational analysis and advisory services in banking and finance, pharmaceutical, trading, media, industrial and telecommunications companies. Nigel and his team help businesses proactively leverage their people through stronger strategic alignment, performance accountability and communication.
Engaging and innovative, he is an expert in change management and organisational development within an Honours degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Psychology. Currently, project directing regional organisational change programs, he has just completed a series of executive workshops which focus on enabling' an organisation. An important element of this is aligning the expectations of the front line staff, the organisation's management reporting capability and the communication and consulting skills of the management teams.
