Employment: A multi-degree qualified professional, Penelope has worked with the Australian Defence Force as well as the public and private sectors both nationally and internationally. She is the Founder and Chair of Women in Power, an association focusing on advancing and empowering women in industry and is an avid supporter of education in all forms, ensuring our future workers are as skilled as can be.
Communication: Penelope's communication, safety and management skills have been repeatedly sought out by companies involved in high-risk industries including the construction, mining, oil and gas sectors, for projects around the world.
Navy: During her 10.5 years of service in the Royal Australian Navy, Penelope undertook strategic level appointments in project, human resource, risk and emergency management, as well as being a member of the Australian Defence Force Investigative Service.
