Pip Marlow has an extensive global leadership in technology and innovation.
Most recently, as CEO for ANZ and ASEAN, Pip led Salesforce through a period of significant growth, empowering a values driven leadership culture and team diversity, while maintaining focus on customer success. In her four year tenure Salesforce, Australia and Singapore received Best Place to Work Awards in the top 5 places.
Her roles prior to Salesforce include Chief Executive Officer Customer Marketplace at Suncorp and Managing Director of Microsoft Australia. At Suncorp she was responsible for the customer go to market across both the bank and insurance business, and was tasked with helping digitise the business to drive both customer outcomes and business growth. With over 20 years at Microsoft, she held a number of roles in Australia and the USA. This included leading the Australian business in its transition to the cloud, local data centres and launching Microsoft�s first retail footprint outside of the US.
Pip is a non-executive director of the Rugby Australia (ARU) and Rugby World Cup, she is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity. She served for 6 years on the UTS Industry Advisory Board, and has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship from the University of Technology Sydney.
Pip was also the Australian Co-Chair of the Australian New Zealand Leadership Forum for 3 years, a government sponsored association that works with Industry and Government to facilitate a Single Economic Market by simplifying the movement of people and trade across ANZ.
Pip has been awarded an AFR Women of Influence Award, a LinkedIn top CEO influencer award, a finalist in the InStyle Business Women of the Year, and is a recipient of the ARN Hall of Fame for her contributions to the Information Technology Sector.
Most recently Pip has joined the board of Car Group, an ASX 50 digital marketplace company with offices across the globe, and sit on the Australian Advisory for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Born and raised in New Zealand, Pip lives in Sydney with her Scottish husband and her two American born daughters.
