From Sport to Showbiz a presenter that entertains.
It is said PJ Lane has 'showbiz' in his genes.
He was 11 when he was awarded a Performing Arts Scholarship at The Scots College, Sydney but it would be a professional basketball career that he pursue after high school.
Following a college basketball scholarship to New Haven, Connecticut, and playing professionally in Greece PJ returned home to be with his father, Don Lane, who passed away in 2009. PJ would become and still is to this day an ambassador for CHeBA (Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing), the organisation dedicated to research into Alzheimer's.
It was after his father's passing that PJ would embark on a career in the arts.

He is an award-winning cabaret performer and has MC'ed corporate and private events all around the country.
His acting debut was in a movie alongside Actor Ryan Corr and he went on to star in Neighbours, Underbelly: Badness with Jonathan Lapaglia, Serangoon Road with Don Hany and in the movie Freedom with Cuba Gooding Jr.
He continues to tour his cabaret show, The Don Lane Story, he's the Head of Basketball at an elite Sydney high school and most recently he is a regular replacement for Larry Emdur on The Morning Show with Kylie Gillies.
