She is also the founder and president of one of Queensland’s largest beach conservation groups, raising awareness and fostering community involvement in the care and preservation of Sunshine Coast beaches.

Previous Experience: Rachael's entrepreneurial journey began at 19 when she opened her first business—a hair salon—which she later sold for a profit. She then worked at Movieworld on the Gold Coast and Underwater World on the Sunshine Coast, where she was one of the few women trained to feed sharks. She went on to open a travel agency, growing it into a multi-million-dollar enterprise before transitioning into mentoring, speaking, writing, and publishing.
