What started as a spur of the moment job application for Steve Coleman, turned into a lifelong dedication to the protection of animals in NSW, and the support of some of the most underserved, marginalised communities in NSW.
The skills he has honed throughout his career have given Steve a keen ability to understand human behaviour and how to motivate people to take action.
Now in his role as CEO, Steve leads the largest Animal Welfare organisation in Australia with authenticity and the kind of vision that makes impactful change happen.
Steve has an extensive background in animal welfare, government relations and the justice system that has allowed him to spend the majority of his career honing in on understanding what makes people tick.
