Stu Wilson has been described as one of the greatest All Black Wingers of all times along with Jonah Lomu and John Kirwan.

Rugby
Stu has had an impressive rugby career. He played against most leading rugby nations, including Argentina, France, Ireland, Wales, South Africa, England, Scotland, Australia, Romania, Italy, Fiji, Canada and the USA.
His All Black career spans 85 matches and includes 34 tests and scoring more than 50 tries. During almost a decade of rugby, in 199 first class appearances, he scored 106 times. For several years his 19 test tries were an All Black record.
The 1981 season was his greatest he appeared in eight internationals, scoring eight tries. After captaining the All Black side to Scotland and England in 1983, Wilson announced his retirement.
Current work
Since then, Stu has remained one of the game's most astute observers and his abilities have earned him respect as a media commentator on television and radio. He is seen on our television screens with the rugby commentary team at Sky Television.
