Titus Yong is the founder and director of Ingenio Pte Ltd, an education/training company that offers programmes on ingenuity/creativity and positive psychology. Ingenio is being supported by Creative Community Singapore, a nationwide initiative by Singapore’s Ministry of Information, Communication, & the Arts (MICA).

He currently serves as Editor for the Harvard Club of Singapore.
Previous experience
Education: Titus holds a master’s degree from Harvard University after completing an interdisciplinary programme in education, psychology, and management. He conducted research on creativity under Prof Howard Gardner and interviewed many Nobel laureates.
Founder: He was previously the founding CEO of Emergenetics Asia Pte Ltd, a joint venture that provides brain-based psychometric tools and programmes through its network of over a hundred associates in a dozen Asian cities. Prior to that, Titus was a venture capitalist at Transpac Capital, a regional private equity firm. He was responsible for managing and evaluating investments in the technology and education companies.
Consultant: Titus' other career experience includes being a process consultant at Andersen Consulting (renamed Accenture); he started his career with Schlumberger working on offshore oil and gas platforms.

Judge: Titus has served as Judge for Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors Award, FIRST Robotics, and global StartUp@Singapore business plan competition.
